Proteome-Wide Profiling

Fluid Profiling

Plasma, serum, cerebral spinal fluid, and urine are common fluids for analysis. Protocols are established for routine profiling of all of these fluid types. Additional fluid types have been successfully processed. Please contact us to discuss details.

Tissue Profiling

With the lower dynamic range of natural abundance of proteins in tissue samples there is opportunity for a larger number of identifications from solid tissue samples than from fluid samples. Selection of samples should be based on relevance of sample to the biology being studied as well as the intended use of the results.

Sample Multiplexing

Four or eight samples can be multiplexed together using iTRAQ technology. This provides for enhanced control of variability leading to better statistical comparisons.
